Manoj Tiwary
Manoj Tiwary is an all-rounder who has played domestic cricket for several teams including the Kolkata Knight Riders and Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals). Abhimanyu Mithun
A tall fast bowler who relies on his pace, Mithun made a grand debut in the domestic circuit by taking 47 wickets in his first Ranji Trophy season for Karnataka. He can extract good bounce and he is a bowler who can pick up wickets in short spells.
A wily Karnataka youngster with raw pace and fiery bounce, Mithun made a telling impact on his Ranji Trophy debut against Uttar Pradesh in the winter of 2009. In that match held at Meerut, he announced his arrival by taking a second innings hat-trick.
The following year, he picked up 47 more wickets in the league and was rewarded with a call-up to the Indian squad for the tour of South Africa in February 2010. He took two ODI caps but his Test debut came in July 2010 against Sri Lanka at Galle.
In his short international career, Mithun has played just four Tests and five ODIs. He has also featured in 103 first-class matches for Karnataka, picking up 338 wickets in the process.
