UAE vs. USA

The United States are one of the most captivating teams at this year’s tournament and stand a good chance of advancing out of group stage. Led by experienced captain Tim Seifert and boasting an exciting young squad of talent, they may need to put in extra work if they hope to advance past first round but look set to succeed.
On February 7 they will open against Pakistan, followed by South Africa and Australia before two other warm-up matches before starting group phase matches.
At the conclusion of each group phase, eight teams from each will advance to Super Eight phase which is played using single round-robin format.
The UAE will face a challenging matchup against USA in their warm-up match, but have shown promising signs of improvement lately.
They scored 242 runs against Oman in 17 overs with an unbeaten opening pair partnership of Dipendra Singh Airee and Aarif Sheikh scoring an unbroken unbeaten 103 run stand which resulted in nine fours and two sixes each helping their side secure victory in that game.

The 2019 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup will be hosted by both India and the US, and is anticipated to bring together some of cricket’s biggest names for competition.
Initially scheduled to occur in 2020 due to COVID-19 pandemic issues, this tournament will mark its inaugural host appearance in America and organizers are hoping it is an overwhelming success.
India vs. Sri Lanka
The 2026 ICC Men’s Twenty20 World Cup will mark the 10th edition of this biennial men’s Twenty20 international cricket competition, set for February 7 – March 8, 2026 and cohosted by India and Sri Lanka.
Eight venues across both host countries – five locations in India and three in Sri Lanka – will play host to eight matches within each group with winners from each qualifying team moving onto semifinals before meeting each other in a final between February 9 – March 8.
Initial plans had called for this tournament to take place in Australia; however, due to concerns over COVID-19 pandemic spread it was moved instead to United Arab Emirates and Oman where matches will begin on February 6. The entire five week event will end with final matches taking place between March 13-18th.
The tenth edition of the International Cricket Council World Twenty20 tournament will include sixteen teams – an increase from last time.
This expansion was caused by its rising popularity as well as providing more countries an opportunity to participate. Furthermore, the ICC announced that this year’s edition would take place every other year instead of every odd-numbered year.
India are the defending champions of this event, having claimed victory against South Africa by seven wickets in an exciting final.
They will look to repeat that success this time around against a powerful Sri Lankan side led by Dinesh Chandimal and Angelo Mathews; both teams possessing strong batting lineups which should create an entertaining contest.
