3. Arunachal Pradesh
Bihar made an impressive return to domestic cricket during 2018-19 season, placing runners-up in their debut Ranji Trophy first-class match and also taking home plate competition of Vijay Hazare Trophy against Services in its final. Bihar are currently third on Ranji Trophy table with 40 points after seven matches;
Winning three and losing two while falling just behind second-place Uttar Pradesh by one point; however they haven’t played away matches this year either; led by coach Rajeev Chauhan with home matches held at Indira Gandhi Stadium located within Ranchi.
4. Jharkhand
Jharkhand is a state of India in eastern India. The Jharkhand Cricket Association is affiliated with the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and competes in domestic cricket competitions such as Ranji Trophy, Irani Cup and Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
