As soon as the Border-Gavaskar Trophy series kicks off this Friday, two of cricket’s most powerful nations – India and Australia – will square off in one of its greatest rivalries ever seen on a cricket field.

Australia and India will meet for five tests this summer, starting in Perth before moving on to Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney for each leg.
Australia have won 13 out of 20 encounters against one another so far with India holding a slight edge with three victories in four meetings against Australia since their initial meeting at Adelaide back in 2012.
