Sri Lanka had an opportunity to salvage their game in the final session, but an unlikely collapse saw them lose nine wickets for only 60 runs. Although Asela Gunaratne and Chinthaka Jayasinghe both scored composed fifties it wasn’t enough to prevent an innings and 103 run loss for Sri Lanka.
